Appointed Representatives receive full support and advice on marketing, client application and product knowledge, working closely with a local Regional Director.  An initial training programme is followed by continued development through interactive on-demand courses, regionally held refresher seminars and full updates on any changes in case law.

For a monthly Network Fee of only £150, Representatives receive access to the intuitive online portal and a professional Application System, 50 Fact Finds, a marketing file, free training, and use of consumer marketing campaigns.  They have a personalised website to cover both Credit Issues and Guardian Debt Management services.

Credit Issues Representatives have the backing of a full on-site specialist legal team, who only deal with claims management business, and a Negotiations Team who work with lenders to reduce debt.  If necessary, Credit Issues nominate a Solicitor to help bring the case successfully to court.
